Je me présente: Marilyn
La passion des animaux a toujours été présente. Toute jeune, avec mes parents, mes soeurs et mon frère, nous avions déjà une petite ménagerie dans la maison. Des chiens, chats, poissons, oiseaux et rongeurs habitaient toujours avec nous.
Lorsque je suis partie dans ma maison, j'ai tout de suite acheter MON premier chien: Tyler. Un staffordshire terrier américain qui a été recherché et espéré bien longtemps.
Tyler est un chien et une race exceptionnelle. Ne serait-ce à cause des interdictions de cette race et des préjugés envers celle-ci, le amstaff aurait été la race que j'aurais certainement élevée.
Deux ans plus tard, la mal de chiot me reprend. Je cherche un border terrier mais je ne peux trouver un éleveur. Par hasard, je trouve et visite un éleveur de parson russell terrier à Montréal: Sonic et quelques semaines plus tard, je me retrouve avec ma petite Spicy.
Entre temps, je commence à suivre une entraîneur canin afin de pouvoir moi-même exercer ce métier. Après quelques mois, je commence à donner des cours à notre club de la région.
Je donne des cours avec le collier étrangleur et cela ne me convient pas. A force de chercher, j'en viens à pratiquer l'entraînement au conditionnement opérant; le clicker!
C'est une découverte incroyable! Aucun retour en arrière n'est invisageable. Depuis maintenant 9 ans, je pratique le clicker exclusivement.
J'ai depuis participer et créer différente activités pour les toutous; magazine passionnément chien; promoteur de expoanimo, membre de différents club et pour finir, j'ai ouvert mon propre centre canin il y a presque 3 ans.
Entièrement concentré sur le bien être des animaux, nous offrons des services de pension, toilettage, boutique spécialisée et cours d'éducation et de sport bien sûr donner entièrement au conditionnement opérant.
Il y a à peu près deux ans, je découvre les chiens nus et je tombe en amour avec ceux-ci. Mes recherches sur internet me mène à un terrier complètement nu!
Étant une grande amoureuse des terriers (vous l'aurez devinez) je tombe sur une photo d'un bébé terrier nu et je me dis: ''si je trouvais exactement un chien comme celui-ci, je l'achèterais sur le champ!''
Je communique avec l'éleveur et le chien en question est... Wylka!
Et voilà, la passion des tout nus comme on le dit amicalement est amorcé! La suite, je suis en train de l'écrire... :o)))
Dernièrement, j'ai ajouté aussi ajouté un ''petit'' nouveau à la famille. Un cheval paint horse du nom de Ghost qui est lui aussi entièrement entraîné au clicker :o)

My passion for animals was always there. In my parents house, it was simply normal to have dogs, cat, birds, fish, rodents at the same times.
My fist dog when I leave parent's home was Tyler; an americain staffordshire terrier.
Tyler is a dog and an exceptionnal breed. If it was not because all of the bad reputation, bad press and prejudice they had, it will be the breed that I will choose for breeding.
Two years later, I was looking for a new puppy. I was looking at a border terrier but the destiny lead me to a breeder of a parson russell terrier: Sonic at Montréal. A few weeks later, I bring home Spicy.
Between both, I begin to follow course for beiing a dog trainer and a began sooner to give courses on our local dog training club.
I give courses with choke collar which really didn't fit with me. After research, I find the clicker training!
This was a incredible discovery! Any return behind is possible. Since now 9 years, I train and practice only clicker training.
Since then, I practice and create many differents activiies with and for dogs and animals: a magazine; our regional animal exposition, member for many clubs, writing a dog training book and finaly open my own canine training services with boarding, grooming, education and speciality store. All this on operant conditionning only!
Around two years ago, I discovered the hairless dog and I fall in love with them. My internet researdh lead me to a terrier completly hairless!!
Like you see, I am a big terrier fan and I fall in love with a picture of a aht puppy on a breeder page and I tell to myself: If I find a puppy like this one, I will buy her immedialty.
This puppy was... Wylka!!!
And there it is, my passion for hairless begin. I'm still writing the story... :o)))
Lately, I add a new ''little'' one in our family. A paint horse name Ghost who is also only clicker train.
